Attorney’s representing area deer have asked for an injunction against the fencing that cattle ranchers have installed in Lewis and Clark County Montana. A migration is planned for early next spring and representatives of the herds want to make sure that impediments to movement are taken care of ahead of time. The court is weighing its options.
